Solar installation leads that turn into installs.
Real numbers, measured from form data and the owners' own counts. We leave names out, because our clients' results are their business. Our founder, Callum Rylance, runs every one of these accounts himself.
Case study · Solar installer, Dorset
A year-old website. Zero enquiries. Then 77 in 12 weeks.
A solar installer in Dorset came to us with a website that looked fine and did nothing. Here is what we changed, and what happened next.
0enquiries in a year
Before: a website that never produced an enquiry
The site had been live for about a year. In that time it never produced a single enquiry, by the owner's account. Homeowners searching for solar in their towns weren't finding it, and the few who did weren't getting in touch.
- Live for about a year, with zero enquiries
- Not showing up when local homeowners searched for solar
- No way of telling which searches or towns could bring in work
4parts, switched on together
What we did: the whole system, switched on together
We mapped the demand first, then deployed all four parts of the system at once and traced every form that came in.
- Mapped every way homeowners search for solar across the towns they cover
- Rebuilt the website, fast and custom, to turn searchers into enquiries
- Put Google Ads on top
- Ran the local SEO and the Google Business Profile
- Traced every enquiry to the search and the town it came from
77enquiries in the first 12 weeks
After: enquiries every week, and installs from them
77 enquiries in the first 12 weeks after the new system launched on 22 July. Today the same installer averages around 14 installs a month from Google, and the last 7 days brought in 42 leads. Ten months in, we still work together, now on a base retainer plus a performance bonus for every install, so we share the upside.
- 77 enquiries in 12 weeks, verified from form data
- Around 14 installs a month now, by the owner's own count
- 42 leads in the last 7 days (November 2026)
- Roughly 3 to 5% of leads become a sale
- 120 of 220 tracked search-and-town combinations on page one within eight weeks, 66 in the top 3
- Organic clicks from Google roughly doubled after launch

In the owner's words
Co-founder, solar installer, Dorset.
The Google marketing has been excellent. Our primary source of leads and the highest quality of lead.
Didn't know what busy was 12 months ago.
I think we've got it before we pick the phone up.
In a nutshell, rubbish.
What have you got to lose?
I hate to say this but I think he should be more expensive for the results he is producing.
Other trades, same system
Dead websites, brought back to life.
Solar is our focus now. The system was built and refined across 10+ trade businesses, often where the website had been sitting there for months, sometimes years, doing nothing.

How we measured
Where every number on this page comes from.
We'd rather show you fewer numbers you can trust than a page of big claims. Here is the source for each one.
- Solar enquiriesCounted from the website's own form data, 22 July to 12 October 2026. The October figure covers the first 12 days only.
- Solar leads and installsThe owner's own figures, not ours: 42 leads in the last 7 days (November 2026), and installs averaging around 14 a month. That's why we say "around".
- Lead to sale and clicksRoughly 3 to 5% of leads become a sale, as a rough guide. Organic clicks are from Google, before and after launch.
- Rankings220 search-and-town combinations tracked on Google, checked within eight weeks of launch. The rank grid is the Google map result for one search, checked at 105 points across the county.
- Other tradesReported by the clients themselves. We've left their names out.
Every area and every business is different, so these are results we've seen, not a promise of what yours will be. On a 15-minute call we'll show you the search demand in your own towns, so you can judge for yourself.
